Belinda was born in Mercedes, Texas but has lived the majority of her life in Houston. She attended the University of Houston in 1986. Belinda has 25 years in the legal field. She is fluent in Spanish. Belinda has been married for 23 years and has one son. She enjoys attending her son's little league baseball games and playing with her shih tzu, Minus.
